Wednesday's Dutch Oven Recipe
Easy BBQ Stick To Your Ribs
12" Dutch Oven
Ingredients:
3-4 Lbs of Pork Ribs
1 Tablespoon of Oil
Seasoning to taste (Salt, pepper, etc…we like a mixed one)
1 Zip lock bag
1 Bottle of your favorite BBQ Sauce
Water to rinse out the bottle
Rub the ribs down with the oil and your seasonings, place them in the zip lock bag and let sit for 30 minutes in the fridge or cooler. Put the ribs in the Dutch oven and cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees (10 pieces of charcoal on the Bottom and 15 on Top) Drain any excess oil inside the oven (be very careful) Pour the whole bottle of BBQ sauce over the ribs and add the water to the bottle and rinse the remainder into the oven. Cook for another 30 minutes at 350. The enjoy them.
